Thank you M.
It's a good sign though, people aren't swimming in money in Hatfield , but they prefer to earn their own if they can.

Crikey HG I get busy with moving for a day or two and you have written Trollopes more.
Yes I was quite pleased . You should have heard Harriet Harman explaining how it was not a bad thing in a weird and different way on Any Questions ( I was in the audience). She struck me as much like a Councillor Maude wasn’t much cop though.

Like you comments chez moi , nice to get a bit of class about the place once in a while.

Have you been listening to the Scottish wheeling and dealing , how can people think this is a good idea . Hasn’t every change from first past the post , in a voting booth with a cross mad matters worse ?This say the Liberals uis the new politics , the oldest profession more like

It's quite a thread, N, Would you be a Nazi? Of course we wouldn't; we weren't, or our grandparents etc., most determinedly weren't , so why would we be? We are what our upbringing makes us, as I get told 'Grandad would say some of the things you say'.
I do think we are in a very unpleasant political climate under Labour though; and it's going to get worse if Brown ever reappears from wherever he's currently hiding.
You're too busy to read Trollope, - much too long, his novels, but I
thought there were lots of parallels - Mr Melmott is very modern.
