'Female soldiers should take pregnancy tests before heading to war, military
experts said tonight, as a British servicewoman who unknowingly gave birth
prepared to fly home from Afghanistan'
Short of being unconscious, no woman has unknowingly given birth. Ever.
The inability to spell, punctuate, place words in the correct order and the lack of command of standard English generally is rendering English language media laughable.

Relax HG. Bask in the warm glow of the magnificent Crosland/Williams educational legacy finally come home to roost. So uplifting. Mr Gove used the word 'baccalaureate' the other day. I wonder how many teachers actually know what that means. Sounds a bit foreign to me, if you know what I mean...
If Mr Gove had known what it means he wouldn't have used it, would he Nomad.
Still, he did qualify it with the word 'English', so perhaps he did and was being unkind to the point of withering.
