Seconded, warmly.

Indeedy. Warm log fires to you and yours, HG. We have Calfy home tomorrow from parts afar, I managed to deliver presents to my mob in Bristol, the Sirloin of Beef and Penfolds stand ready, and all is well.

Happy Christmas to you Hats, and all at the Milliners!

I'm still trying to understand your post on philosophy, and thankfully have a few days over the break to try harder...

What an utterly beautiful painting that is. I'm going to seek out a print of it and hang it in my home.

Merry Christmas to you, HG.

Hello EK, a very happy New Year.

The picture is one of Severini's jazz dancers. They become more and more and more abstract, I think she may be the first of the series. I'm not very knowledgeable about painting but she's definitely Severini.

One sensible Christmas we all clubbed-together for just one present and bought a later one - not the painting of course but he made lithographs of them as well. I can see her as I type.
