'Subjects of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland are reminded that trains are still running to both air and sea ports of exit. Those passengers wishing to take with them wealth and chattels should note that it is their responsibility to meet restrictions on the export of possessions, as these come into force.
It is important to travel to designated exit ports, whether by sea or air, as full control regulations come into force.
Passengers will be required to demonstrate a right of entry into the territory for which they are bound.

Oh, Don't! HG. You are giving them ideas again.
Have you seen that photograph of Chris Bryant, the new deputy leader of the House of Commons, L? It's on Guido right now.
Newmania said it all:
"we have thrilling undergarments whereas you get by with grey sacklike drapes made from recycled sewage".
Get on the trains.
PS
Berlusconi has guaranteed all deposits in Italian banks. It's not clear if he can do that, but he will be able to by close of business tomorrow evening.
And, delightfully, while he has been let off the trial hook for bribing judges, lying in court etc., while the law he passed to excuse himself ad hominem so to speak is challenged in the constitutional court, it emerges that it doesn't cover Mr Tessa Jowell, whose trial continues. Yes!
HG: Tut tut!! You are stealing my lines, methinks??
I'm doing whatever it takes, Nomad.
(You have been right all along. Keep an eye on the trains to be sure they are still running).
